Reservations for non-members can be made up to one month in advance at the spa, while members have the privilege of prebooking standing appointments up to one year ahead. To arrange your bookings within these timeframes, please email us at spa@westglow.com with your preferred date and time, the names of all guests receiving treatments, the types of treatments requested, and a contact cell phone number for confirmation. A valid credit card is required at the time of reservation, and our cancellation policies will apply.

Spa Etiquette

Appointment Guidelines:

To ensure a seamless spa experience, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. Please be aware that arriving late may lead to a reduced treatment time, as all services will conclude as scheduled to accommodate subsequent guests.

Privacy, Comfort and Security:

We warmly invite you to dress in comfortable attire for your visit, where you will be greeted with a luxurious robe and spa sandals to change into before your treatment. We prioritize your privacy, offering separate changing facilities for men and women to ensure a tranquil and refined experience. To enhance your peace of mind, we kindly advise against bringing jewelry or other valuable items, as we cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged belongings.

Spa Service Duration

Please note that all spa services allow for a 10 minute transition time ensures that you have sufficient time to prepare for your services and allows our team to maintain rooms and and provide for efficient scheduling for all clients. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a luxurious relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Electronic Devices:

For the comfort and tranquility of all our esteemed guests, we kindly request that you refrain from using cell phones within the spa facility. For your convenience, lockers are provided to securely store your devices during your visit.

Food, Drink, and Smoking Policies:

For the safety of our esteemed guests, please be advised that any outside food and beverages are not permitted within the Westglow Spa facility unless approved and supplied by Westglow staff. Food and beverages are offered from Juice Boone at an additional cost, as well as select complimentary beverages and snacks. Additionally, smoking is strictly prohibited in all buildings on the Westglow property to maintain a serene and healthy environment for all.

Gratuities:

Gratuities are not included in the prices for single services and are always appreciated. For groups of four or more, a 20% gratuity fee will be automatically added to the total service cost.

Age Restrictions:

Some services have age restrictions. Guests 18 and older may enjoy all spa treatments. Children under 16 are not permitted in the spa. Adolescents aged 16 to 17 must have a parent present and a signed waiver to receive massages and facial services.
