Spa & Salon Winter Hours & Precautions

Our winter season runs from November through March. Outside of this period, our standard hours are as follows:
  • Tuesday – Sunday: 9:00 am– 7:00 pm
  • Monday – Members Only
During the winter season, our hours may adjust due to weather conditions. Please see our adjusted hours below:
  • Tuesday – Sunday: 10:00 am– 6:00 pm
  • Monday – Members Only

We are committed to keeping our members and guests informed and safe during periods of inclement weather. Please review our updated procedures:

  • Restaurant Operations: The restaurant continues to observe its standard hours during the winter months. Should inclement weather arise, please contact us directly at (828) 295-1635 for updates regarding your reservation and our operating status. For the most current information, please also follow our social media channels and email communications.
  • Lodgings Operations: All Westglow lodging is available year-round, seven days a week, with no limitations on stay dates. Spa and restaurant hours do not affect lodging availability. For assistance or concerns related to inclement weather and your reservation, please contact us directly at (828) 295-9144.
  • Spa Operations: In the event of inclement weather, our decision will be based on current weather conditions and the safety of our guests and staff. Please contact the spa directly at (828) 295-4463 ext. 1
